Joseph Graham17/10/2022I told Tony my wife and I were serious about moving to Charlotte when he and I were hanging out together during our Conclave in Charlotte in July. He was excited to hear the news and told us to let him know if we needed a realtor. In August, my wife and I were told we were pre-approved, so we told Tony we would love to have him as our realtor. Literally two days later, Tony had a zoom meeting set up for us to tell us about Your Own Keys Real Estate Services/EZ Realty group, get an understanding of what we were looking for in our new home, and get us familiar with the home-buying process for first time home buyers. Tony took our requests into consideration and compiled a list of houses for us to look at based on the info we provided for him. We were surprised, and excited, to see that there were numerous homes that came close to having almost everything we were looking for. We gave Tony our top 8-10 homes. That weekend, he went to several of those homes and facetimed us so we could get a live view of each house. We were so thankful he took the time out of his busy schedule in order to do that for us. Once we finalized our list again, we flew down to Charlotte to meet with Tony and see those homes in person. Throughout the entire process, Tony listened to the conversations my wife and I had while visiting these houses and closely observed the things we absolutely loved and/or wanted in the house. On 9/7 we told Tony we wanted to put an offer in on our favorite house, and by 9/13, we were under contract for that house! The process of purchasing the house afterwards was extremely smooth thanks to Tony. Of course, this was our first time, so we had millions of questions/concerns, but he had everything outlined for us and handled with ease. He even gave us great recommendations for home inspectors and bug/pest inspectors. When we closed on the house, Tony told us he liked to give gifts to his clients based on the five senses: touch, smell, taste, hearing, and sight. The gifts were extremely thoughtful as they catered directly to things we both loved dearly. If you are ever in the market for purchasing a home in the NC/SC area, Tony is the best realtor for you. He is dependable, professional, prompt, and genuinely cares about getting you the results you specifically want and/or need. We will definitely hire him again in the future!

He was very professional and answered all of my questions that I had in the process. To him its a 24hour job and he will answer your call any time of the day. If he doesn't have the information qt his disposal he will make sure to respond quickly once he has received an answer. Definitely recommend him anybody in search of a great realtor.
